Store Policy

Store Policy: To enhance the enjoyment of your services, we urge your cooperation in upholding these guidelines.

  1. Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled treatment time. Your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. No refunds will be made for early departure of unused spa appointments.

  2. We gratefully request that you give a 24 hour cancellation notice. A credit card deposit is required upon appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours may result in a 100% charge of your reserved service.

  3. We are unable to accommodate same day changes to the time or treatment type of your appointment.

  4. Tips are not included in the price. We recommend a 10 - 20% gratuity for all treatments.

  5. The use of cellular phones, cameras, video or audio recording equipment is not permitted in the store and neither is the consumption of alcohol

  6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Your Beauty Advisor may terminate the service without a refund, for any use of inappropriate language or actions.

  7. A locker, key, towel, robe and slippers are provided with all of our treatments. There will be a $50 fee for unreturned locker keys to the front desk.

  8. POLA KIREI is not responsible for your personal belongings

  9. We will gladly accept unopened product return within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt for exchange or store credit only.(For future product purchases)
